Lounge Bar
The lounge area is a light and modern cocktail bar which boasts one of the most extensive collections of spirits on the island. Coming from the private collection of the owner Michael Diakoulas. With classically trained mixologists and barristers our cocktails and coffees are second to none. A moving roof allows our customers to relax in the shade during the day and enjoy a beautiful night sky during the evenings. We show all sporting events throughout the year on our 3 wall mounted 55inch T.V.’s and our 2 wall mounted projector big screens so that you never miss that important match or race. As well as our main restaurant menu we also provide a snack menu that has everything from light bites to our 14inch pizzas all of which use locally sourced ingredients and are prepared by our highly skilled chef’s.

We pride ourselves at the ice bar on our extensive and well-crafted cocktails ranging from the classics we all know and love to our very own originals created by our team of trained mixologists.
But we also love a challenge so if you don’t feel like one of these then by all means test our mixologists abilities and see what they can create on the fly for you and you alone and who knows if it is really good we will name it after you and add it to our list.

Our beers, larger and ciders range from the local mythos to the exotic selection. We know that everybody enjoy different tastes so we try to cater to all so you only have to worry about is whether to be in the shade or not to be in the shade while enjoying a cool crisp glass of refreshment.
We also offer a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages ranging from our freshly ground coffee selection and fresh fruit juices blended in front of you to our ice-cream milkshakes and alcohol free cocktails just the thing for those hot days where a beer will not do the job.
